Finding yourself

What would it feel like to find yourself?

We all hope someday we get to doing something we were really born to do. Something that would come so easy to us that we would not have to struggle with. We are sometimes made to believe that we are naturally skewed, call it talent, skill or maybe blessed to do something, but can this be true?

Would it not be nice to someday find a manual and see what you can do and what you cannot do someday, this would be a nice one.

Guess the day might never come but we sure learn by living. Many of us are in a search for who we truly are so we can know how to function.

I have heard a few say if you want to know about the product, ask the manufacturer, this sounds nice and is sure an option for those who know and believe in God, i recommend everyone should, but how many of us get to know God to the point that God talks to us in detail, sufficient enough to seem like a manufacturer's manual? What about those who do not know God or do not believe in God, will they ever find themselves?

Life is about so many questions, with so little answers.

Ask yourself today, Who am i ? Feel free to share your non stereotyped answers in the comments or with me, I am also asking the same question as i type and No the answer is not your name!

It feels good to type something on this page again with the hope of going back to blogging after about 7 years of abandoning.

It has been seven long years of appreciating the little things in life. In 2020 i hope i can keep up with this alongside the so many things a man has got to do.

Have a nice 2020 Finding yourself.

Hmmmm.... Good one. Was reviewing and sharing this page with some younger folks some weeks ago....walking down memory lane..... Welcome back..... Your post states some good points..... Discovering who we are is an unending task. The worldly manufacturers doesn't even discover it all sometimes until there is a malfunction and they discover what things can be gotten from a malfunctioning piece. Our heavenly manufacturer we believe knows it all but wants us to keep discovering, utilizing our tools and channeling our paths. So the answer to the question of who am I is only limited to how far I have discovered myself till date. If I am to answer the question in 6 months time, I better have more accolades added to that answer.

Well done brother

Thanks for sharing this wonderful piece. Though tempted to give some psychological/philosophical perspective to finding self, then I saw the last paragraph where you gave the best route to finding self. Gratitude!
